Since 2022, City of Newcastle has undertaken a major rebrand to position Newcastle as a top-of-mind leisure holiday destination.

Panasonic is predominantly known as a home appliances brand. Awaken has worked with the team to help elevate Panasonic’s positioning in the Air Conditioning sector, both as the smarter choice and as a market leader.

Kraken hired Awaken to create a comprehensive media strategy and campaign to recruit 25+ premium dark spirits drinkers through increased aided awareness and consideration of the Kraken trademark.

We launched a new Sparkling Margarita RTD product for Proximo with a $500,000 national launch budget. Our goal was to drive awareness of the Sparkling Margarita as a convenient, refreshing serve, converting white spirits drinkers to tequila drinkers.

Coates contracted Awaken to shift their content, media and social media strategy away from humorous tradie content and towards their large-scale industrial and engineering solutions offerings.

We turned 1800 Tequila into the drink of fashion week. By owning precincts with dynamic OOH, suburb-specific messaging, and geo-targeted mobile, we didn’t just show up — we dominated. The result? 26M impressions and 835k real-world eyeballs.

New brand. Tight budget. Huge results. We used smart media buying and tactical negotiations to make Chery look 10x bigger than it was. 846% uplift in impressions. 1,000 cars sold in launch phase. Bold, scrappy, effective.

In a category filled with sameness, we made Panasonic’s air units feel essential, emotional and personal. Weather-triggered creative, relatable lifestyle stories, and a +2652% uplift in site clicks. Comfort never looked this sharp.

Dating apps, tequila and a 179% sales lift? We found the perfect match. Cuervo’s bold new RTD became the go-to pre/post-date drink thanks to insight-led creative, channel innovation and a global-first engagement rate.

When we say authentic, we mean Joe Rogan reading your ad live. We embedded Proper No. Twelve into MMA culture and fight fan rituals — delivering 3M impressions and a 20% sales spike. Knockout work.

We turned eco messaging into action. With runners weighed down by single-use waste, eneloop stood out as the light, lasting choice. 645% ROI on Amazon. A beautiful fusion of visual storytelling and performance media.

We didn’t just build awareness, we booked the town out. By blending intent data, creative partnerships and precision media, we drove 1180% more leads than forecast — generating $1.8M in potential bookings.
